Kids fashion and maternity trade showPlaytime Pariswill this time around exhibit 520 little fashion labels and welcome thousands of international buyers. Since Playtime is bigger and bolder than ever before, let’s take a look at the brands that represent the best kids fashion on the planet. At least in my book :))
1 Wolf & Rita
Master of children’s fashion Wolf & Rita has an outstanding new collection for SS18. Had the honor of meeting them at Pitti Bimbo in Florence and believe me – their new styles are wow. No safe choices, but bold prints, unique styles and highest quality fabrics.
2Little Creative Factory
Simplest styles from Barcelona. Got to admire Little Creative Factory‘s vision – they stand for slow, unique fashion and sustainability in the most graceful way. Their new collection Dancers is a must-see.
3 Beau LOves
Quirky and adventurous kids wear for little rebels. Beau LOves is perfect fit for the ones who want to walk their own line.
4 Paade Mode
Paade Modeis always surprising but at the same time recognisable. Paade’s SS18 collection Super Bloom features some cool lacy bomber jackets, beautiful knits and flowery patterns.
5 Caroline Bosmans
High-end designer label with an edge – based and made in Belgium. CRLNBSMNS is breaking stereotypes with quirky graphics, concept based humor and a minimal set of colors.
Demi couture label from Lithuania Mummymoon is fearless and graceful at the same time. This time with a bit different kind of aesthetics.
7 Barn of Monkeys
Wonderful newcomer Barn of Monkeys is here to stay and make a statement. All organic, all cool. Very impressive first collection. Can’t wait to see what they’ll do next!
Organic and from Iceland. iglo+indi is unique in so many ways. This SS18 collection Melon Moon is their strongest ever. Focus is on details like embroidery, lace and sequins. A feast for the eyes.
Another Portuguese brand to watch and follow. Andorine from Porto represents glam street style.
10 Rondinella shoes
Love their careless, colorful attitude and cool graphics. Designed and made in Italy Rondinella Shoes is a brand I’m keen to meet at Playtime.
